Teacher, cultural and public figure. He graduated from High School and Higher Agricultural School in Tabor, Czech Republic. Mayor of Varna. President of the Varna Literary Society and the Esperantists. Initiator for the creation of the library, the municipal museum and the archaeological society in Varna. MP in III, IV, VII, XII and XIV RNA (Regular National Assembly), and IV GNA (Great National Assembly).
