Български Professor Georgi P. Genov was born in 1884 in Kotel. He is a lawyer and a political figure. He earns a scholarship and specializes in international law in Paris and Rome. He writes scientific papers in the field of international law. Participates in international and Balkan conferences. Bulgarian scientist with international reputation. Because of its competence in minority issues and having papers in this field, he is quoted in international scientific literature. He has written a number of publications.
One of them is the "Political and Diplomatic History of Bulgaria". It covers the Renaissance and post-liberation period.
